これは、AKGに来た子どもが、初めて会う、肌の色が違う外国からのスタッフに出会った時に話した言葉です。
大人は、肌の色が黒い人/黒人の女性などと見る方が多いのではないでしょうか。
実は子どもたちにとっては、肌の色は気になることではないのです💖
肌や髪、目の色、国籍などの見た目によってその人を判断するのではなく、
みな同じ地球に生きる人間として捉えることができる国際的な考えは、
このような自然に多様性を感じられる場所だからこそ育まれていくと確信しています👫
AKGで読み聞かせる絵本や、オリジナル創作絵本の中にも、多様な人種や文化を感じられる内容が練りこまれています。

Recently, a new staff member with a different skin color joined our team.
While grown ups tend to ask "who is that with the different colored skin?"
A child came up to a familiar staff and asked,
"Who's that person in the pink shirt?"
Yes, she had on a pink shirt!
And to this child, that is all she saw.
The differences in skin color are not important 💖
The interactions with the international staff, we believe, lead to this heartwarming episode of the child's warm global heart🌏🙌
